No, we only ship within the U.S.A.

Courier delays may occur. Please allow some time for updates.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?

How long does delivery take?
With UPS ground shipping, it's 3-5 days to the West Coast and 5-7 days to the East Coast after dispatch. We do not do expedited orders.
Order shown as delivered, but I haven't received it.
Check around your property or with neighbors. The courier will reattempt delivery the next working day
What is your returns policy?
We accept returns or exchanges of non-sale items within 15 days after delivery.
To qualify for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received, including the original swing tag. Items that do not meet these criteria will not be eligible for return and will instead be recycled.
We aim to process all returns or exchange within 7 working days.
If a customer is found to abuse our return policy, their ability to transact with NUWRD will be permanently terminated.
Can I exchange my order?
Yes, non-sale items within 15 days of delivery.
I forgot to add an item to my order; can I make a change before it ships?
No, orders are automated & immediately processed and cannot be changed.
